Organic sugar, organic wheat flour, organic degerminated cornmeal, sea salt, baking soda, cream of tartar, organic gum blend (organic guar & locust bean gums). Contains wheat.
You will need
1/3 cup oil
1 (12 cup) muffin pan
Note: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) Grease or line 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
1. MIX IT UP! Combine cornbread mix, egg, oil and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients until well combined.
2. SPLIT IT! Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. BAKE IT! Bake at 400°F for 18-22 min. Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing muffins from pan. ENJOY!
