Organic powdered sugar (organic evaporated cane juice, organic cornstarch), organic cane sugar, organic wheat flour, organic cocoa powder, organic vanilla flavor, baking soda. Contains wheat.
You will need
2 large eggs
6 Tbsp butter, melted and cooled
1 pan (8″)
Note: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) Grease the bottom and sides of an 8×8 square baking pan. Grease bottom of pan.
1. MIX IT UP! Beat eggs with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in mix. Stir just to moisten. Add melted and cooled butter. Beat on low-medium speed until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
2. SPREAK IT & BAKE IT UP! Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for 28 to 32 minutes. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting.
3. FROST IT! 1 Packet: 3.5 oz (99.23 grams) You will need: 2-3 Tbsp butter, softened. Combine icing mix and softened butter in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat on high speed until smooth. If necessary, add a few drops of warm water, and stir until well blended. Spread on cooled brownies. ENJOY!
